Course Options
If you want to go higher, you have to go deeper

Since its inception in 2016 Play CoLab have observed/known that the most impactful leaders are those who are strongly committed to their own development.
From 2025, rather than offering a live alumni course annually, a new approach encourages alumni to consider three different yet well integrated self-directed online options, providing a more affordable and pragmatic approach for a wider group of people.
Given our almost decade’s worth of leadership research and experience, we are clear that these options are the three core pillars of personal transformation which enable leaders to successfully impact their work environments and beyond.

Shadow Work for Leaders - online course

This includes complimentary monthly online group sessions with Jenny and Sandy

We have found that even though this is a self-directed course for the individual, it is more powerful to go through the experience in parallel with at least one course buddy or ideally with a small group of colleagues whom you might touch base with every week or so.
Course buddy and small group guides are provided.

Note, increasingly we are seeing groups (some of them large so split into cohorts) doing this course in-house as part of a company development programme. Again, small group cohort guides are provided and we are able to complement the process with online check-ins with Jenny and Sandy.

My Worldview - online assessment and development portal

Based on over 50 years of research, this assessment profiles where you are playing in your adult development and the implications for your leadership effectiveness. It teases out your reasoning from which you take action and challenges you to stretch to the next level of adult development (while also drawing on the gifts from every stage) with simple experiments to try.

It helps you recognise where you might fall back to when the pressure is on.

It helps you understand where others – peers and direct reports and even people more senior – may be playing from regarding their overall development.

This new online tool can assess you overnight and includes a comprehensive online debrief through a portal which is available to you for a five year period.

The Leadership Circle 360 Retake
We continue to use this tool extensively as it is the only 360 that incorporates adult development and underlying belief systems including shadow. If you wish to redo the Circle including coaching debrief/s we have deeply experienced Play CoLab coaches available to debrief you.
